Clarissa Ward, president of the jury of the 31st edition

Clarissa Ward, CNN's award-winning chief international correspondent,
has agreed to chair the jury for this 31st edition. Clarissa Ward
has
been covering the world's most violent conflicts for over 20 years.
Her
experience, her career and the respect shown to her by her fellow
professionals will make her presence in Bayeux an event in itself.


JOURNALISTS

SEND REPORTS UNTIL THE 6th OF JUNE

Photo, radio, television and written press reports on a conflict or news
event relating to the fight for freedom and democracy can be submitted
until the 6th of June to be considered for the 2024 selection. They must
have been made between the 1st June 2023 and the 31st May 2024.
There is a € 7,000 grant to be won in each category.

THE YOUNG REPORTER'S AWARD
In 2024: the category will be photo. Since there is a different category
according to the years, the presented story must have been realized
between the 1st of June 2022 and the 31st of May 2024.
