2015 has been a particularly terrible year for people who live in zones of conflict. Under international law, civilians are supposed to be protected from the ravages of war, but more than ever, this protection is cruelly lacking.

This meeting will draw up an overview of the situation based on insights and alternative practices. Round table led by Claude Guibal and including Donatella Rovera (Amnesty researcher), Ayman Oghanna (photojournalist), and Aymeric Elluin (Amnesty).

L’année 2015 a été effroyable pour les personnes qui vivent dans des zones de conflits. Au terme du droit international, les civils sont censés être protégés des ravages de la guerre. Cette protection fait plus que jamais cruellement défaut.
Cette rencontre proposera un état des lieux à travers des éclairages et des pratiques complémentaires.

Table ronde animée par Claude Guibal avec notamment Donatella Rovera (chercheuse Amnesty pour les situations de crise), Ayman Oghanna (photo-reporter), Aymeric Elluin (chargé de campagne armes et conflits armés chez Amnesty).
