Arms, the crux of war

At the heart of conflicts are armaments. And this is so because the flourishing arms trade is not controlled effectively. France does well out of this trade and is now the worlds third biggest exporter. This encounter, based on an investigation carried out in France into a training centre for Saudi military personnel, will be an opportunity to exchange and share views on the issues surrounding arms control.
