2003 Jury Chair

Philippe Labro, born August 27, 1936 in Montauban, is a French journalist, writer, director, media man and songwriter. He held several management positions at RTL radio and launched the Direct 8 television channel with Vincent Bolloré. He is the author of more than twenty books.
